Phase 01 · Week 1

Before we touch a single config file, we read your environment.

The FDE arrives on-site and spends the first week doing nothing but listening. Interviews with your IT lead, chief neurologist, and compliance officer. Full audit of your EHR vendor, imaging stack, record formats, network topology, and any existing data governance policies. We are building a deployment map, not a pitch deck.
